There is one way to reach the team behind lawyers.lyricalguy.com, and it is email:
support@lawyers.lyricalguy.com
Everything comes to that address — corrections, accessibility problems, privacy requests, copyright notices, and questions about how the site works. We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days. There is no contact form, no chat widget, and no phone line, and we will never ask you for a phone number.

We cannot answer questions about your individual claim. This site is an independent editorial project — not a law firm, not a claims service, and not part of the VA. Our writers are not attorneys, not VA-accredited representatives, and not physicians. That means we cannot, and will not:
- give legal, medical, financial, or benefits advice, or tell you what to do in your situation;
- review a decision letter, rating sheet, C-file, medical record, or draft appeal;
- check or chase your claim status, or contact the VA on your behalf;
- estimate what a claim is worth or predict how an appeal will end;
- take a case, represent anyone, or refer you to a particular law firm, attorney, or claims-services company.
We accept no payment from law firms or claims-services companies and sell no leads, so nothing you send us gets passed to anyone. Please also do not email us claim numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive documents — we cannot act on them and do not want to hold them. See our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
Where to get real help with a claim
- The VA directly: call 800-827-1000 or visit VA.gov for official information, forms, claim status, and current rates.
- A Veterans Service Officer (VSO): accredited representatives at organizations such as the VFW, DAV, and the American Legion, and at county and state veterans offices, help veterans and survivors with claims and appeals — usually at no charge.
- A VA-accredited attorney or claims agent: accreditation can be verified through the VA Office of General Counsel’s accreditation search. We name no firms and receive nothing for these mentions.
- In a crisis: call 988 and press 1 for the Veterans Crisis Line, or text 838255. In a medical emergency, call 911. You do not need to be enrolled in VA health care to use the Crisis Line.
What we can help with
Corrections and factual errors
This is the message we most want to receive. If a figure is out of date, a deadline is stated wrongly, a rule has changed, or a link to an official source is dead, tell us the page address and what you believe is wrong. We investigate every report and note material corrections on the article. Our standards are set out in our Editorial Policy.
Accessibility feedback
If a page is hard to read, magnify, or navigate — with a screen reader, by keyboard, or on a small screen — write to us with the URL, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. See our Accessibility Statement.
Privacy requests
Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, and questions about cookies or personalized advertising, go to the same address. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Copyright and DMCA notices
Use the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include all six required elements listed on our DMCA Policy page.
Advertising questions
If an ad on our pages seems misleading, intrusive, or indistinguishable from our writing, tell us which page it appeared on and what it showed. How the site is funded — and what we refuse to accept — is explained in our Advertising Disclosure.
Suggestions and reuse permissions
Topic suggestions from veterans, spouses, caregivers, and VSOs genuinely shape what we write next; if you keep answering the same question, we would like to know what it is. Requests to republish our material are covered by our Terms and Conditions.
One more note
Emailing us creates no attorney-client, physician-patient, or advisor relationship, and nothing you send is privileged or confidential. We reply as an editorial team, about our content — not as anyone’s representative. To learn more about who we are, see About Us and our Authors page.
